Soup is made from 100% local wild plants and mushrooms.<\/p>\n<p>We made vegetable stock from Daucus carotus (vildmorot, Queen Anne\u2019s Lace) &#8211; root, leaves and flowers<br \/>\nand Pastinaca sativa (vild palsternacka, wild parsnip) &#8211; root, leaves and flowers.<br \/>\nWe strained all wild vegetables from stock as they were too woody to eat.<\/p>\n<p>Then we added to the boiling soup chopped young leaves of Tussilago farfara (h\u00e4sthov, coltsfoot)<br \/>\nand fried mushrooms, Lycoperdon perlatum (v\u00e5rtig r\u00f6ksvamp, warted puffball).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Testing nature&#8217;s edible resources at Hyllie for Wasteland Encyclopaedia.
